Our Services

In Care of Relationships offers relationship mentoring, coaching, Compassion Key sessions, educational articles, quizzes, courses, books, and downloadable resources designed to help individuals and couples understand and transform their relationship patterns.

Important: Not Therapy, Counseling, or Medical Advice

Terri Crosby is a relationship mentor and coach. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical provider, and nothing on this Site or in our services constitutes therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment. Our content and services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Using this Site or working with us does not create a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship.

Our work is based on decades of experience helping people navigate intimate relationships, and we stand behind it. At the same time, every person and relationship is unique. We make no guarantees about the results you will experience from our content, products, or services. You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, including decisions about your relationships. Testimonials and stories shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Purchases, Products, and Payment

Prices for products and services are listed on the Site and may change at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed by a third-party payment processor. Digital products (such as downloadable workbooks) are delivered electronically after purchase.

Refund policy: Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales of digital products are final. Refunds or credits for sessions and packages are handled as described at the time of booking or in your client agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Consultations and sessions are scheduled through the Site or by arrangement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including articles, quizzes, workbooks, courses, images, and branding — is the property of Terri Crosby / In Care of Relationships and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal license to use it; it does not transfer ownership or permit sharing or resale.

Sever-ability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
