In Care of Relationships (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is owned and operated by Terri Crosby in North Carolina, United States. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you sign up for our newsletter or download a free resource, we collect your name and email address. When you take a quiz or complete a form on the Site, we collect the responses you choose to share. When you book a consultation or session, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your situation. When you purchase a product (such as a downloadable workbook), we collect your name, email address, and billing information needed to complete the transaction.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect certain information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, and general location (city/region level). This is collected through cookies and analytics tools ( Google Analytics) and helps us understand how visitors use the Site.

Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Wix Payments or PayPal]). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payment information is handled according to the processor's own privacy policy and security standards.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver the resources, products, and services you request; schedule and conduct consultations and sessions; send you emails you have signed up for, including newsletters, articles, and information about our offerings; respond to your questions and messages; process payments and deliver purchased products; understand how the Site is used so we can improve it; and comply with legal obligations.

Email Communications

A Note About Client Work

This policy covers information collected through the Site. Information shared privately during coaching, mentoring, or Compassion Key sessions is treated as confidential and is not published, shared, or used in marketing without your explicit written permission.
